Overview
Saint Peter's University uses several Mobile Applications (Apps). After an application upgrade, change in authentication(login) method, or periodically if the application is slow, you may have to clear the App data to make sure it works correctly. This article contains steps for clearing the Application cache on Android and iPhone mobile devices.

If you are unable to log in via an App on your mobile device after an application upgrade, change in authentication(login) method, or if the App is slow, please follow the below steps to clear the application's cache.
For Android:

Click your phone’s “Settings” menu.

Find Apps (or Applications, depending on your device) in the menu, then locate the Application you would like to clear the cache of.

Tap on Storage and the buttons for clearing the cache and app data will become available. Clear the Cache and then try restarting the App.
For iPhone:

Tap Settings > General > iPhone Storage.

Select the App you want to clear data from.

Tap Delete App, then head to the App Store to re-download it. This will be a clean install without all the data.

Once re-downloaded, tap to open the app and attempt to sign in.
