How to connect Google Drive to a Multi-Function Printer



This article describes how to connect your Google drive to a Multi-Function Printer (MFP).






  1. Go here and select your Saint Peter’s account. 
  2. The website will detail the amount of access it needs to your account in order to allow you to scan directly to your Google drive, click allow.
  3. You will then receive a long alphanumeric code that will be used later in the process.  
  4. Click here in a new tab, where you will be asked to type in your email address and the code from step 3. 
  5. After you enter that information, it will inform you that your account has been successfully connected.
  6. The first time you use the Scan to Google Drive functionality on each printer, you will be prompted to type in your email address.  After the first time, it will save and not be prompted again on that device.
