Changing Your Voice Mail Password

This article provides the instructions for logging into and updating the password for your Saint Peter's University voice mailbox.

Below are basic steps on how to access and change the password on your Saint Peter's voice mailbox:

1. Log into your voice mailbox by dialing the voice mail system in one of the following ways:
   1. Press the VMail or Messages button on your office phone (depending on phone model).
   2. Dial 6001 from an internal extension.
   3. Dial 201-761-6001 (from an outside line).
2. Enter your extension, then press #.
3. Enter your voice mail password, then press #.
4. Once logged into your voice mailbox as described above, press 5 then 4  from the main menu.
5. Enter the new password and press #.
6. Re-enter the new password and press #.
