Network jacks on campus allow users to connect their desktops, laptops and printers. 

To help troubleshoot the issue that you are having, please indicate the type of device and the location (building, room) of the jack.

Network jacks are for endpoints: desktops, laptops and printers. Residence halls occupants can also plug in a gaming console or a smart TV. Switches and routers are not supported
