Client Services


Client Service's mission is to provide excellent customer service and value to the Saint Peter’s University community.  We do this by observing trends not only throughout the university but current trends in Higher Education overall.  We are always looking to improve so any feedback is always welcomed.




IT Service Desk is available remotely but otherwise as usual.  Our support hours are: 
Mon-Thu 8 am-7 pm
Fri 8 am-5 pm 

Client Services tasked with two major functions:

  • Service Desk - Is the first point of contact for all technology needs, these include but are not limited to

    • Quote Request - Software/Hardware

    • Deployment of Hardware

    • Operating System and software updates

    • General Troubleshooting

  • Classroom / Event Technology - manages the technology components of the classrooms across campus. In addition, gives each event, regardless of its size, the attention it deserves. We provide audio and video equipment and technology support to the University Community as well as visiting groups. We deliver, set-up, and breakdown the equipment needed for on-campus events.
