Checking Incoming Voice Mail

This article provides the steps to perform to retrieve your voice messages. Replaces Article 101089 ("How to Check Voice Mail").

Perform the following steps to check your incoming voice mail messages:

1. Start by logging into your voicemail (use these instructions if you're not sure how).
2. Enter your voicemail password, then #.
3. Press 2 to get messages.
4. Press 0 to listen to message.
5. Press *3 to delete message or # to save and go on to the next message.

Note - press *7 at anytime to return to main activity menu.
