Basic Voice Mail Usage

Below are basic steps on how to access and change the password on your Saint Peter's voice mailbox:

Logging Into Your Voice Mailbox

1. Start by dialing the voice mail system in one of the following ways:
   1. Press the VMail or Messages button on your office phone (depending on phone model).
   2. Dial 6001 from an internal extension.
   3. Dial 201-761-6001 (from an outside line).
2. Enter your extension, then press #.
3. Enter your voice mail password, then press #.

Changing Your Voice Mail Password

1. Once logged into your voice mail as described above, press 5 then 4.
2. Enter the new password and press #.
3. Re-enter the new password and press #.
