The Ticket Requests application allows you to access any tickets you have personally submitted, as well as tickets you have been added as a contact on.
Using this service allows you to:
- View the details and current status of a ticket.
- Add a comment or question to a ticket.
- Attach a file such as a screenshot or documentation to provide our techs with additional information for a request.
- Add an alert to automatically be notified of certain events.
- Withdraw the ticket if you no longer require service.
