Ticket Requests

The Ticket Requests application allows you to access any tickets you have previously requested. You can also:

  • View the details of the ticket as well as the current status.
  • Add a comment to add additional information or ask a related question.
  • Add an attachment.
  • Add an alert to automatically be notified by the system for certain events, depending on the type of ticket.
  • Withdraw the ticket if you no longer require service.

To access Ticket Requests, click the link in the navigation bar above or click the Ticket Requests button to the right.
