The Ticket Requests application allows you to access any tickets you have personally submitted, as well as tickets you have been added as a contact on.

Using this service allows you to:

  • View the details and current status of a ticket.
  • Add a comment or question to a ticket.
  • Attach a file such as a screenshot or documentation to provide our techs with additional information for a request.
  • Add an alert to automatically be notified of certain events.
  • Withdraw the ticket if you no longer require service.
