How To Report Suspected Phishing Emails

Phishing is a type of social engineering attack with the goal of stealing user or company data by pretending to be someone the intended victim trusts.  When a message is reported as phishing, not only will the message be moved to spam, but Google will "learn" by analyzing the message and treating similar messages as spam going forward.

If you receive an email that appears to be a phishing email, do the following:

Open the message and click on the 3 dots icon next to the Reply button, then select Report Phishing from the options that appear.
Select Report Phishing Message.
You will see a confirmation message acknowledging that your phishing report has been received.
