Logging Into The IT Client Portal

Much of the content on the IT Client Portal is available publicly, but you need to be logged in to receive access to certain services and Knowledge Base articles, submit tickets, and request IT projects.  This article explains how to log into the Client Portal and receive access to these resources.

The quickest and easiest way to the IT Client Portal is through the link on all University Windows and Mac computers, but even if you're on a personal device, you can get there either through the waffle menu in GMail or from your Apps Dashboard.

If you have an open ticket with IT, you can also access the IT Client Portal from the TDClient link at the bottom of emails you've received from us about the ticket.

If you are not logged in already, click on the Sign In link in the upper right corner of the page that opens and selct your Saint Peter's Google account to log in.
