How to add a Multi-Function Printer

Overview

This article describes how to add departmental  Multifunction Printers (MFP) to a University-owned Windows computer.

Information

  1. Go to the Start menu on the bottom left corner of the screen of your University-owned computer.

     

  2. Type “\\pharos\Department” into the text box in the bottom left.

     

  3. Press enter, and the print driver will install.                                        

  4. After the installation finishes, you will be able to print to the “Department on pharos” queue and pick up your print job from any MFP on campus.
