Duo Device Health is an optional application that helps check device security - you may select to download it or skip it. |

Select the Duo Mobile method on this screen, do not use either of the other options. |

Next, you will be asked to enter the phone number on your mobile device.
Enter this and click Add Phone Number.
If you prefer to use a tablet to authenticate instead of a mobile device, select that option and follow the instructions to proceed.

If you have added a phone number, it will ask you to verify this number, select the appropriate option. |

Next, open your mobile device and download the Duo Mobile app from Google Play or the Apple store.
After downloading Duo Mobile, keep this screen open because we'll need it later on.

Here is what the Duo Mobile App icon looks like on the Google Play store (it will be similar on the Apple Store). Download and install it. |

Once you have installed the Duo app on your mobile device, click Next. |
 |
You will be asked to use the camera on your mobile device to scan the QR code on this page. Keep this page with the QR code up, and open the Duo app on your phone. |

This should appear on your mobile device's screen. |

Tap Set up account to be brought to this screen, where you should select Use a QR code. |
 |
Your camera app will open on your phone, agree to allow Duo to use your device's camera if prompted, and scan the QR code. |

You will be prompted to name your account. DO NOT CHANGE THIS ACCOUNT NAME - just click Save. |

You will receive confirmation that the account was linked successfully, and can choose to practice using it or skip this for now. |

Next, you will see a screen asking if you want to share diagnostic data. Select Turn Off. |
 |
Click OK to continue. |

Once you get to this screen on your mobile device, you can close the Duo app. |
 |
Simply click Continue here. |
 |
You can add another way to log in if you'd like, otherwise Skip for now. |
 |
Once you reach this screen, Duo is all set up and ready to go. |
