This article demonstrates how to add employee office locations in Colleague UI

1) Log into Colleague UI
2) Once logged into Colleague UI, go into the OFFI screen: NOTE: Access to the OFFI screen is Role Based
3) In the OFFI screen, it will prompt for employee look up
4) Once the employee is brought up, there will be three different entries:
5) Primary Campus Location: You will enter JC
6) Building: Type … which will prompt all buildings in the University to populate
7) Once you find the appropriate building, it will populate in the building section
8) The office number, extension, fax are free from text
9) Once completed, Save All
