The Room Reservation and Set-up are prerequisite to placing your technology request.

This services applies to issue that may be or have occurred in a classroom/meeting space.

Those who are authorized to access Colleague UI and are unable to login or who need to be authorized for access to Colleague UI should review this service.

The Colleague ERP handles credit card payments in 2 ways, in SPIRIT Online directly by the cardholder or thru the Colleague CREN screen by authorized cashiers. This service deals with processing errors in either case.

Migrating elements from one Blackboard Course to another Blackboard Course.

When to request a Departmental Email Account Access Change

What type of devices can be plugged into network jacks on campus.

Use this form if you want to ask for a new email account for your department.

This service allows SPU managers to request deactivation of an ex-employee’s accounts in cases where a timely deactivation is needed.

Your username and SPU email address are assigned based upon your first name and last name at the time your accounts are created If you have since changed or corrected your name since then, you may request a change to your username and email address to be consistent with your new first and last name.
